When I try to power them on I am getting a blinking Amber Power light. This system has been used for a while and uses both the amber and the white light to tell you what’s going on. If you open your power meter (right-click on the icon) and notice the charge continues to diminish even while plugged in and indicating "charging". If the power light is steady amber, a device might be malfunctioning or incorrectly installed. Well, if it is a PSU failure, then one of the units at the back should be flickering. Seeing that the battery degraded substantially as well, you're likely looking at needing a new battery. I have 4 Dell Optiplex GX280's and a Dell Dimension E510 that are all having the same problem.all you need to do is, take out the green
